Your continued access or use of the website and/or the services provided herein subsequent to any such change will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.
- All prices quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

- The Payment that has been made does not mean that your transaction has been accepted. We will only send confirmation via email for purchases that have been verified as genuine purchases.
- Subsequently, the purchase confirmation email will be delivered to your email address as registered at our web site with conditions as below:-

- Payment can be made online via online banking.
- Please print and produce the confirmation email at the ticketing counter for ticket redemptions upon arrival or visit date.
- Ticket only valid on the selected date of visit at the time of purchase. No change of date is allowed.
- No refund/cancellation is allowed for any unutilized ticket(s).
- Should any discrepancies pertaining to bad weather, system breakdown, or any unforeseen circumstances, the ticket(s) purchased online can ONLY be reschedule the ticket to next availability date or exchanged for other products such as 6D Cinemotion or SkyBoutique merchandise items of the same value.
- The management reserves the right to not entertain or accept requests to change the date of visit if it is found that the customer does not have any reasonable reason to do so.
- Langkawi SkyCab shall not be responsible or liable for any damages (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential), late or non-delivery of tickets, loss, embarrassment, goodwill expenses or loss of profit incurred or suffered by You in the following circumstances:

- Refusal from you (should such situations occur, the purchase is considered delivered & no refunds will be made);
- During non-banking day;
- Any access, use or inability to access or use this website and/or any other website linked to this website;
- Any failure, delays in transmission, interruption, errors, omission or breakdown of any equipment, system, server software or terminal of Panorama Langkawi or of the payment gateway;
- Attack or interference by any computer virus, corruption, worms or by any person;
- Improper use or unauthorized use of this website, Your username and password or any other of Your security codes;
- The taking and compliance of any of Your requests or instructions via this website or any affiliates’ website;
- Any inaccuracies, errors, defects of any content of this website or other websites linked to this website;
- Any operation malfunction or defect of Your computer terminal, systems or software used in accessing this website;
- The destruction or alteration of Your request, data or information transmitted by You to Sky Cab or its affiliates’ website;
- Natural disaster, violence, warlike situations and/or reasons beyond our control.
- You shall not impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or any other person by using the name, address, credit card information, e-mail address of login name and password of any other user or person for any reason whatsoever, without prior consent or forge a header or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origins of an e-mail.

- You shall immediately notify Langkawi SkyCab if it comes to your knowledge that your password has been compromised or there has been unauthorized use of your account or ticket(s).
- Langkawi SkyCab reserves the right not to honour any online sales transaction if we have reason to believe that the transaction is fraudulent and if you have failed to provide accurate and complete information at the time of application.
- No cancellation will be accepted upon confirmation of purchase. Cancellation will only be permitted in the event of a duplicate transaction and each case will be reviewed separately before acceptance.

- For the purpose of operating PLSB premises in a safe manner and in accordance with health and safety requirements including but not limited to facilitating contact detection efforts with respect to COVID-19.
- You have the right to access and correct your personal data held by PLSB (except where compliance with your request to access and correct such personal data is not permitted under the Act or subject to certain exceptions).
- If you intend to access your personal data, or if you believe that the personal data is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or out of date, you can make an application for personal data changes to PLSB via email info@panoramalangkawi.com. Please submit proof of your identity, address and sufficient information to enable PHC to identify you when submitting a request to access or correct your personal data.
- PLSB reserves the right to charge you to cover the cost of accessing, reviewing and copying any materials requested.
- PLSB will retain your personal data for seven (7) years or as long as you become our customer. If you are no longer our customer, we will permanently delete your personal data after retention period end.
- By providing your personal data, you have consented to such personal data to be used in accordance with this Notice. PLSB reserves the right to change this Notice from time to time. If we change this Notice, we will display the latest amendments. You can also send us an email or write to PLSB to obtain a copy of the Notice. By continuing to use the PLSB’s services or providing us with your services, this indicates that you agree to any such amendments.
